La prévalence de l’obésité est en croissance constante sur l’ensemble de la planète. Bien que causée par une balance énergétique positive, la prise de poids repose sur mécanismes complexes qui rendent difficile la mise en place d’interventions uniformes. Les complications métaboliques et les risques de mortalité précoce toutes causes confondues augmentent en fonction de la prise de poids. Il devient donc important d’être en mesure d’identifier les causes potentielles de l’obésité et de connaître les différentes interventions qui peuvent les influencer.

Cette formation vise à informer sur les complications associées au surpoids et à l’obésité et offrir différentes avenues de solutions afin de structurer des interventions efficaces assurant une perte de poids saine et durable.
