Les suppléments nutritionnels sont une réalité incontournable du monde de l’entraînement. La diversité et l’abondance des différents produits peut facilement en étourdir plus d’un. Il est extrêmement difficile de s’y retrouver et les sources d’informations légitimes et valides ne sont pas toujours facile à trouver. Afin d’éviter de tomber dans des pièges coûteux, cette formation jette les bases d’une utilisation pertinente et judicieuse des suppléments nutritionnels. Vous obtiendrez des informations concernant les processus de certifications des produits et leur signification. Les suppléments bénéficiant du plus grand appui scientifique seront passés en revue et leur usage détaillé. Vous aurez également accès à une méthode de travail afin de vous assurer d’un bon usage de n’importe quel supplément nutritionnel.

Les différents types de suppléments de protéines seront passés en revue, la supplémentation en glucides et la supplémentation en créatine.
