Le stress est souvent associé à la prise de poids et cette association mène parfois à la conclusion que le stress est une cause importante de la prise de poids chez un individu. Pourtant, les mécanismes d’actions du stress sont divers et agissent à la fois sur notre consommation de calories et sur la façon dont nous les dépensons.

Cette formation en ligne de 1.5h couvrent les effets du stress sur les déterminants du poids comme l’appétit, l’activité physique et le sommeil. Vous verrez comment et pourquoi le stress n’est pas toujours synonyme de prise de poids de même que quoi cibler lors d’une intervention visant une perte de poids dans un contexte de stress.
